Support for Individuals & Families Navigating PCOS, Fatphobia, and Body Shame
🟣 My Practice
I’m dedicated to helping people feel at home in their bodies—without diets, shame, or the pressure to shrink themselves.
My practice centers fat liberation, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive support. As someone with lived experience navigating fatphobia, PCOS, and chronic health conditions, I know firsthand how much compassion and clarity this work requires.
